Ceremony and Reception: Most couples choose to get married outside at

the spectacular pool-side ceremonial area. Afterwards, you can mingle with guests amidst lush gardens, sip champagne, and sample an endless stream of hand-passed hors d‘oeuvres. Guests then move into the Great Room for the reception. The dining area is limited to the Great Room, dining room and from patio.

Number of Guests and Seating Capacity: Maximum capacity for Weddings is 150.

Maximum seating capacity of Ceremonial Area: 150 

Maximum capacity of Great Room is 120   Dining Room: 40   Front Patio: 50

Availability: Year-round, Friday-Sunday, 10am - 10pm. The Wedding Ceremony and Reception is allotted a 6-hour block, but you can begin setting up as early as 10 am. Essentially you have the whole day.

Music: DJs only. DJ and dancing area limited to the Great Room.

Mellow background music allowed outside.

Beverages: Bing your own, caterer will serve.

Site Uses: Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Memorials, Special Events, Meetings.

Overnight Accommodations: Three Bedrooms, two Bathrooms available for rent weekends and weekdays at $250. room. Complimentary Breakfast at local restaurant is provided.

Inclusive One Price-per-person Package Arrangement:

Averages about $135. per person depending on guest count.

Please remember, this is an “all-inclusive” price, with all service charges and tax included. You will not be presented with a long list of add-ons and extra charges as is the case with many other wedding venues.

    • Outdoor Reception, usually about 2 hours

    • Ceremony

    • Indoor Reception, typically about 4 hours

    • Delicious buffet dinner, choice of menus

    • Cake, including cutting, plating and serving

Please note: the package price does not include bar stock (beverages),

DJ, flowers, or photographer. Bring your own beverages and caterer will serve them.

Site Rental only Arrangement:

Bring your own licensed caterer or pick from our list.

Site Fee: $5,000.  Client responsible for cost of their caterer, rentals, valet, etc.

Payment of deposit: $2,500. and a signed contract are required to reserve a date.

The balance is due 60 days before the event.

Site Views: Canyon, Wooded Area, Fountains and Water Features, Gardens, Patios, Courtyard, Hills and Mountains, landscaped Grounds, Pool Area.

The Mountain Mermaid is the antithesis of a wedding mill -- we do a

very limited number of weddings each year. You will have the whole day

and exclusive use of the estate for your wedding.
