The Mountain Mermaid offers two catering options, with fees and deposits varying depending on the option selected.

Option 1: All-inclusive price-per-person package.

Covers use of the site, full catering, rental equipment, valet parking, setup, cleanup, tax, service charges and more. A deposit of 50% of the anticipated event total is due when the venue is booked, and the balance is due 45 days prior to the event. Package pricing starts at $133/person and varies on a graduated scale depending on the guest count.

Option 2: Bring your own licensed and insured caterer. $7,500. rental fee. 50% is due when the venue is booked. The balance is due 45 days prior to the event. Food, rentals and other services are handled by the caterer.

All-Inclusive Price-per-Person Packages: Option 1

Prices are on a graduated scale depending on guest count. Smaller weddings are more per person, larger guest counts are less. Prices range from $149. per person for 125 guests to $239. per person for 40 guests.

This is an “all-inclusive” price, with all service charges and tax included. You will not be presented with a long list of add-ons and extra charges as is the case with many other wedding venues.

• Use of the Interior and Exterior

• !2-hour time period, 6 hours to set up, 6 hours for your event.

• Two restrooms

• Separate bride's room and groom's rooms

• Set-up and clean-up

• Preliminary planning meetings and site-visits

• Rehearsal (at a mutually agreeable time)

• One event per day

• Outdoor Reception, usually about 2 hours

• Ceremony

• Indoor Reception, typically about 4 hours with Ceremony

• Valet Parking

• Catering:

• Hand-passed appetizers

• Delicious buffet dinner, choice of menus

• China

• Glassware

• Flatware

• Tables

• Linens, choice of colors

• Chairs

• Kitchen staff

• Service staff

• Bartender (serves client

provided beverages)

• Bar

• Bar equipment

• Ice

• Gratuity

• Tax

• Deliveries

Please note: the package price does not include bar stock (beverages),

DJ, flowers, or photographer. Bring your own beverages and caterer will serve them.

The Mountain Mermaid is the antithesis of a wedding mill -- we do a

very limited number of weddings each year. You will have the whole day and exclusive use of the estate for your wedding.

Ceremony and Reception: Most couples choose to get married outside at

the spectacular pool-side ceremonial area. Afterwards, you can mingle with guests amidst lush gardens, sip champagne, and sample an endless stream of hand-passed hors d‘oeuvres. Guests then move into the Great Room for the reception. The dining area is limited to the Great Room, dining room and from patio.

Number of Guests and Seating Capacity: Maximum capacity for Weddings is 125.

Availability: Year-round, Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 10pm. The Wedding Ceremony and Reception is allotted a 6-hour block, but you can begin setting up as early as 10 am. Essentially you have the whole day.

Music: DJs only,with dancing area limited to the Great Room.

Mellow background music ok outside.

Beverages: Bring your own, caterer will serve.

Refundable Security Deposit: $1.000.

Site Views: Canyon, Wooded Area, Fountains and Water Features, Gardens, Patios, Courtyard, Hills and Mountains, landscaped Grounds, Pool Area.
